Caller ID showed "Open Enclose".  Checked whitepages.com, which showed it's a VoIP through Comcast in Tucson, AZ.  Obvious scam, but I didn't answer the call, just connected then immediately disconnected.  Anyone out there have any more information they can share about what type of scam this is?
