Received call when trying to call back get a fast busy signal

I have gotten about 3 calls a day from this number the past few days!  Ridiculious!  I am past annoyed!

They continue to call but I refuse to answer.

these people has been calling me for the last few months sometimes they will leave messages other times not i never answer my cell unless i recognize the number and i am with verizon so i do not think it is at& T doing this it is spammers using robotic calls.

They called my prepaid cell, cost me 1 min, 10 cents.

They wanted to lower my credit card rates.
