Got a call from this number on my cell and it was automatically blocked.

Got the call and didn't answer.

Received a call from "Local Marketing." I answered and there was silence and some background noise.

Called 7/8/16 @ 8:11AM MST - Answered.. was a telemarketing recording. Hit "1" in the middle of the recording.. transferred to a live person. Told them to "F-Off".. hung up on me. You do know that on 90% of these telemarketing recordings that if you press "1", you will be connected to a live person. Have fun with that!
