Calls made by a computer that just rolls through a series of numbers. Doubtful it's connected to any specific website. Apps like TrueCaller will filter spam calls on your cell.
I agree they are targeting seniors. They actually left me two voicemails message that they were calling on behalf of my medical insurance and actually names my insurance company. They actually name the plan I am on not actually the insurance company which is very scary to me. I am going to call my insurance company today to report this. I only received the calls on Thursday and Friday and I did not realize that they were scams but I did not return the calls thankfully. By leaving me the voicemail messages I have proof that they just broke at least a half a dozen laws one being insurance fraud by saying they were calling on behalf of my insurance. It was the same person calling but from two different numbers. This number and from 510-830-1127 which is a California phone number.
