They just called, then hung up then called again....So I answered and immediately disconnected.
Strike 1 - A number I am not familiar with
Strike 2 - The name shown does not match caller's area code
Strike 3 - Their number has a least one post about them here
They're out! - They are now one of over 170 blocked numbers programmed into my semi-effective call blocker
They have become so bad that any number I don't recognize, I will answer and disconnect immediately. If they are somebody who actually wants to speak to me they will call right back (and think it's some glitch). Robo-dialers don't tend to immediately call back, they usually take a few hours or more. I then research the number later when I have time and if there are other's complaining then they get blocked.
I have no idea how they are not a target for some political candidate who wants to make a name for himself/herself, (maybe they are just really big donors to all of them /shrug). If there was ever a bi-partisan issue, this is it. I am very "anti death penalty" but would make an exception for these scumbags. I would welcome a nice drone strike on their office whether it was in Pakistan or Florida.
We all enjoyed the Do Not Call List (even with it's silly exceptions for politics and charities) for the couple of months it worked (seems like it cut down on them for a little while at least YMMV).
