Rude and insulting. Credit Merchant Services. I told her I was not interested. SHE CALLED BACK IMMEDIATELY FOUR TIMES!!!! Caller ID says Sierra Vista. Did not know who I was and said she was calling with a change in my merchant services account. I take Credit Cards, but not thru a traditional merchant services account, so obviously it was not a call concerning my account. Probably a SCAM looking at the other posts. Rude, Rude, Rude!!!
SCAM : Danielle claimed to be with our Merchant Services & need to speak to the owner and called him by name,
regarding changes that are going to be happening. I told her to just send the changes in the mail. She claimed
she was not with our personal Merchant Services, but above them with the National Enhancer Merchant Services. She couldn't
sent letters, faxes or email and it had to be over the phone. I told her "our" Merchant Services sends the changes through the mail.
I told her the owner would not call her back because he never calls "anyone" claiming to be our merchant service provider.
She kept insisting she was with our merchant so I hung up on her. They also give a reference number for you to use
when returning calls. Also had a call from an Xavier 520-827-6919 leaving same reference number.
Yup, same old same old. They called a couple times before, I tried to get their business name, but she just kept repeating that they were with Merchant Services. But today she said they were from the National Enhancer blah blah blah (same as the aforementioned). I don't know what they're trying to get at.
Woman clled asking to speak with business owner. I asked what company, she replied "merchant services" then she said again "I need to speak with the person that makes decisions" and I asked her what is it in regards to, she replied, "it's in regards to your merchant account". I hung up because I know she was fishing and I am so fed up with these calls. She called right back and I said I just hung up on you because you are lying, we do not have a merchant account. With much attitude she replied "yes you hung up on me being rude and that's why I asked for the business owner which is not you" I am the business owner I told her and you ARE lying I have no merchant account. She replied stating she will keep calling until she speaks with LT the business owner. I co-own with my husband. She can keep trying but I will hang up on her every time because they have called here before and we asked to be removed from their files and yet they call and call and call. And I agree with above comments, very rude woman no professionalism at all. Can't she take a hint if you get hung up on don't take it personally. You win some you lose some and definitely, don't call back especially with a threatening tone.
