Rude and insulting. Credit Merchant Services. I told her I was not interested. SHE CALLED BACK IMMEDIATELY FOUR TIMES!!!! Caller ID says Sierra Vista. Did not know who I was and said she was calling with a change in my merchant services account. I take Credit Cards, but not thru a traditional merchant services account, so obviously it was not a call concerning my account. Probably a SCAM looking at the other posts. Rude, Rude, Rude!!!

Amazing!!! We have been receiving these phone calls for a couple of months now. We tell them we are not interested in what they are selling. We tell them we think they are a scam. We tell them to mail us or email us with the so-called changes. We've hung up on them. All the same things everyone else has said here has happened to us. The EXACT same conversation!!! Some of y'all have posted it almost word for word with the conversation I just had with "Danielle" this morning. She said she would just keep calling and calling until she can tell us about the changes. Now that I have seen all of these posts, I will definitely be telling to take a flying leap every single time she calls. How do these people get through the day with a job like that?
Got a lot of calls from "Danielle" about changes to merchant account. We use online third-party bank merchant processing and get mail from them all the time including monthly reports. If it were our merchant service, they would send mail. I knew they were a scam since they would not disclose a business name and just kept saying "merchant services" as if that were a business name.
Knew the owner's name and kept saying she wasn't soliciting. I told her to mail the changes and she said she couldn't etc. etc. I told her owner is out of country for a couple months (the truth) and she finally settled on leaving a message for the owner and a reference number which I will never pass onto the owner anyways. She even asked for my name which I of course didn't give!
Same as you all said. Said she had changes about risk assessment and the law required her to talk to me only. I told her to talk to the person who handles our processing or mail me the information. I told her I did not understand anything about credit card processing and whatever she said would be meaningless and hung up. They called back 4 times!!!!!!! Last week they wanted to send some one out here.
Just received a call from Danielle stating the above, but wanting another telephone number for the owner. When I said there was none then she decided to leave a message with a reference # also. When I asked what Merchant Services company she was with, she would just say Merchant Services. I must admit this is a differenet approach than most of those other companie, but still a SCAM.
