I get at lest 3 to 4 calls from this number every day, it drives me nuts. And yes when you call back it is a nonworking number. Does anyony out there know how to stop this???
I've received numerous calls from this number and finally spoke with a tele-marketer who could barely form one word in English trying to sell me on furthering my education..... Nice!
Where do these FREAK companies come from and what do they think they're accomplishing?
Of course when I asked her to remove my number from their calling list she hung up.
So I'm sure that my phone will be ringing off the hook from this company for a few more months.
I received several calls from this number too. (520) 917-0372 When I answered the first couple of times they didn't say anything so I hung up. Yesterday they called again and I waited a little longer before I hung up and finally a woman "who could barely speak ENGLISH", said as if I was [my name] and I said YES. Who is this? Again she rattled off some crap that I could NOT understand because of her dialect. Finally I hung up on her.
Later, I remembered a story on 60 Minutes or 20/20 several years ago where they did a story on some scam artists, that would call you and get you to say the word "YES". And just by you "saying the word "YES", you automatically accepted unauthorized charges to your cell phone, home phone, credit cards and all kinds of crap that will start showing up in your name simply because you said the word "YES". I'm so mad at myself for saying YES yesterday. Now I bet I won't receive any more calls from this phone number because they already have a recording on file of ME saying the word "YES".
