they called me this morning and after I answered Good morning and the name of my company, they asked me if I was this other company. I'm like no. But I did not tell them that the other company is actually a customer of ours. I called the number back after "googling" it and it said something like there was an issue affecting a large number of customers and please press 7 for assistance....I hung up
