It seem like I have the same experience as you & was trying to eat dinner at time & when I did answer it no one on line. Sure hop this not resting to see if this was a actual phone # to add to some calling list.
They called 3 time in 1 minute and no number I'd seen before, no one complained here so just do not know. Oops they called 4th time and hung up on them

I got 2 calls yesterday, 6:30 and 7:00 p.m. Robocall message saying it was Democratic candidate Dr. Matt Heinz, 2nd District, AZ. I didn't pick up, as I didn't recognize the #. I hate robocalls from anyone. Shame, because if it really was from Heinz, he appears to be a good candidate, but robocalls can negatively impact my votes!
