These [***] do not pick up calls from the phone numbers above. I suggest that someone call local news...I will do it and have these idiots busted on live TV. I just got a call on Christmas Eve, a sacred night. The phone company that is behind this telemarketing needs to be busted too.
They call me too, and I am on the do not call list. Same story here... We need to find this guy. The call back number is 530 205 9116. This loud, prerecorded jack [***] shouts "HELLO! ARE YOUR CARPETS DIRTY?" on my answering machine every couple of weeks.
Maybe we should keep calling them to come out for estimates - fill up their time with estimates that will never generate any $$ - drive them into bankruptcy. or serve them a subpoena for a civil action when they come out for the estimate. Call and fill up their answering machine with annoying messages. Ah we can dream...
Let's report these pondscum to the FCC - it's easy & online!! Here's How:
Keep track of date/time of calls up to 4 calls.
Go to FCC website www.fcc.gov
Scroll down left side, select "File a Complaint"
Select complaint type "Telemarketing.."
Select 2nd button "Prerecorded message at home phone" (1st button is for a live call)
Click "online form"
Fill out the form with as much information as you have - be accurate, this is a sworn affidavit
Click Submit button. You'll receive a complaint number for tracking.
Took about 5 minutes - do it now, you'll feel less powerless against the constant calls.
