this davis brown is leaving me messages like you all are recieving. says he is from the harrison law firm. well he is no more david brown than i am lucille ball based on his in indian accent! I googled the harrison law firm and there is one in lousiana, so i gave them a call. Had a lovely conversation with one of the partners who is not too pleased that his law firms name is being used in this manner. He said he had a call last week asking about someone from the firm suing him and he had not heard of this person. I gave him the number old dave brown gave me to call back. I am sure a call from a real lawyer from the REAL Harrison law firm might cause David some distress. hopefully as much as you all have recieved from him. I am just ignoring the idiots. Let attorney Harrison deal with him.lol
I just received a call too. I started laughing when he said I was being sued. I'm like oh yeah and laughed. I told him I'm not interested in his scam and good luck with his job. He said God bless you!
I recieved a phone call today at 11:32 am in regards to moneys that I barrowed from cash advance usa. I have never borrowed money from cash advance usa. The man that I spoke with first claimed that his name was John Peterson from Harrison Law Firm. As we spoke more I was ready to give him my attorney's Phone #. I interrupted him and asked what the call was pertaining too. He told me that he could tell me after he asked some questions and that I didn't interupt him. Before I could respond further he asked if I got a cash advance and not repaid the money. Then A dollar amount of four hundred was mentioned and that due to interest and fees have incured a total of 836.00 dollars was owed. He said he could speak to his client and see if the could except. 40% and take weekly payments of seventy five dollars there after until the debt was resolved He wanted me to get a prepaid visa card from walmart and send him money. He also wanted me to write a letter and fax it to him stating the payments that I would make. He also said that I needed to put Attn: John Peters. That did't add up.
Yeah this guy calls me everyday. He said his name was William. I thought that the message was true at first, but when i listened to the message, but knew it was scam after listening to the other saved messages i saved from him. He needs to stop calling me, it bugs the hell out of me. oh and i also got the same phone number calling me with a women on the end of the call.
I received a call on October 22, 2010 around 4:30 p.m. A man called me with an accent and said that I have trouble with my social security number and there are some serious allegations against me. I told him I wanted his information. He was waiting for someone in the background to give him information. I immediately told him that this is a scam!
