These people have called my business 2x today and it is only 9:30 am! Ken Horn or someone is who the rep says wants to come in and meet with the owners/partners. So I ask, what is it in regard to? The rep does not want to tell me what their business is or why they want to stop by. Since writing this, I have received another call. I think it is time to call the better business bureau!
He's pulled the same BS calling us... my colleague says he is quite the determined A-hole on the phone... can't believe it though HE'S IN OUR OFFICE! I'll let you know what the story after he leaves and I get an update from the boss.
Well he wasted his time driving here and all of two minutes once he arrived, one of which was waiting. He is pretty persistant which is probably what his higher ups prefer. If you want to complain the website of company he represents is www.sms-na.com.
Got a call from this company and then about 1/2 hour later form someone else who did not have the answers to any of the questions I had answered for the previous person. Called for Constance Harker (or Harper) to visit our office. I am skeptical but will see what they are about tomorrow. Have seen some comments about this company being a scammer so if you get a call - be careful.
