A man called from this number saying that he was a lawyer, that there was a complaint against me, and that I had to "report to court".
I asked him his name and the name of his firm. He would not answer. I told him that I would not talk or answer any questions if he didn't ID himself and the name of his firm. He did not answer but got quiet, so I hung up. He kept calling after that and I did not answer.
HE has changed his name to Tom Jones now last month it was Sgt somebody , but i guess he don't have anthing better to to each day but think people are stupid but when he calls again i will have some extra words fot them

Same thing when a "James Brown" calls too...lol
This same so call attorney has been calling my job an cell. Had my manager scared half the death til I google the number. I figured it was a scam for one who calls an warn a person about a warranty out fir there arrest, 2ndly da number calls me unknown, 3rd he ask for my debit card number over the phone really an last why are you arresting me an my manger really lol... Get a real job scammers!...
I got a call that showed up on my cell as 911 (the number)... I was currently in a store trying to take care of a household emergeny and the guy, who said his name was Officer Dominic Terrero (who had a obvious Indian accent) from the office of Attorney David Harrison told me that an officer would be at my address to serve me a warrant ASAP... unfortunately for him I no longer live in that state AND have no loans open anywhere! When I said that isn't my address, he said we will need to update your information, where I quickly answered, sorry Mr., I'm not at home but if you'd like to give me a phone number I'd be happy to call you when I get home... he gave me "his personal cell number" 530-287-4270 to call him back... there is where, yet another bell went off in my head. I decided to Google search the number just to check it and low and behold here is a HOST of comments about the same scam! This group needs to be reported to the FCC, this is completely wrong, needless to say I didn't call him back... Trust me, he doesn't want to make the mistake of calling me back after reading all these comments, I am the wrong person to try and scam... I had payday loans YEARS ago that were all paid back and I don't advise anyone to EVER do them, it is rediculous how much money you will spend to get money when you are in a pinch!! I haven't had any since I paid all mine back, but did fall into a similar scam about a year ago and ended up paying $500 I didn't have to make them leave me alone, I'm so much smarter than that this time! BEWARE!!!
