I received a voice mail message from this #. The person said his name was James Connor and the hotline # to his desk is 530-287-4270. He said it was time sensitive and concerned a payday loan that I had taken out. He said if he does not hear from me or my attorney - he wished me luck as the situation unfolds. I have never had a pay day loan from anyone.
I just got a voicemail message from this sorry group of ****. I called them back 10 times in 15 minutes and harassed them. See how they like being bothered with fake calls. I have also reporteed them to Clark Howard and to the BBB.
The Caller is an Indian that goes by the fake name of Max Morris.
Ever caller is of Indian Origin based in India from the background noise (I'm Indian)
They claim you have a past due CashAdvance or Payday loan.
They usually buy this information from Online sources and sometimes from the Payday loans shops themselves.
They claim to be calling on behalf of the Law offices of David Harrison or Baker Mckenzie

I work in IT and I'm in the process of tracking down the individuals involved in setting up this scam.
I'm gonna post their Personal information online and report to the FBI so when they try to get visas in this country they'll be locked up immediately.
These people called me about the same thing. This time his name was Mike Austin, he refused to tell me the name of his firm, stating that he didn't have to tell me. I have not received a pay day loan, and I have the bank records to prove it, they even call your references so be careful, my mother has received calls telling her that I was involved in a fraud and I'm going to jail, she called me in a panic, yes they should be reported to the FCC
My daughter just called me in a panic getting several phone calls from this guy Mike someone saying she was going to get arrested and go to jail. Said she'd been involved in fraud. She couldn't understand him very well. He called again while I was on the phone with her and left a voice mail. The sound was horrible, sounded like a call center. This guy is just harrassing people!!
