Caller ID says only "Out Of Area" and no message is ever left. I assume telemarketer but find no other reports on this number.

Same as above.  Called,  no message.   Blocked

Calls, rings twice, even when I did answer it, it just disconnected.  never leaves message.  I've blocked it.

Can't communicate with COMMUNICATIONS, INC. because they just call and never talk or leave a messages. Maybe the cassette in my 1982 Panasonic answering machine finally gave up after all these years and is not recording anymore, dammit!!..Looks I need to make a trip to Goodwill and get me another one so these people can leave a message.

wants to save you money on your PGE bill. I tell them no thanks and take my number off your call list and they still call at least 3 times a week.
