I believe this is a canvasser that also has several other numbers so must be using an app that gives fake numbers. It does say Alta CA on caller ID which ends up coming through even to those who try to block calls because it does give caller ID info. This call was the same as a person below states talking about abortion. Same person calls with a 213-457-3803 number. Call both. It has the same voice recording to leave a message. This person must stay at home all day with nothing else better to do than to call certain numbers EVERY single day. Poor sick soul....
This recording asked for me to "Press 1" if I agreed that under 13 years old girls need to have parental signatures for abortions in CA. I called the number back, and made shouting requests on THEIR machine to NEVER NEVER call me again!
call came in identified as "unavailable". I never answer these but this one indicated a message was left. Joke - all they left was static so I can only assume just another scumbag trying to scam someone. I'm so sick of these kinds of people!
