Called my cell phone.  Didn't answer.  I guess the "Do not call" registry means nothing to them.

Automated call stating they are with the Financial Aid company and wants to help increase the amount of financial aid assistance since Obama passed a law in 2012. lol Press 1 to speak with a live operator to take advantage of the deal.

Left no message but a 3 minute silent voicemail... so annoying. How the heck are these people getting my cell phone number!?

Just called twice; left no message.  Thanks to this site, it's now blocked.  I hate these garbage calls.
