It seems there are a few of us with "people" we've never met that are reaching out to touch us from the West Coast, calling from (530-392-9040). I had an aunt that lived in California many years ago and I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that Witch passed away a very long time ago, so it's can't be her. Or could it be?!.. *chuckle*
After reading all the comments, I tried to call the number back 3 times. It said - Press 9 to be added to the Do Not Call list, and the first 2 times, I just waited, because they were going to get an earful. Might as well waste their time too is my new thing because I'm sick of these calls. Anyway, after waiting another robot voice says - Sorry you are having problems. Goodbye. And it disconnects. Notifying the FCC doesn't seem to do a bit of good. I had a spoofed number call me repeatedly last week and I reported them and the FCC emailed me and said they'd keep a record but weren't going to look into it or do anything since mine was the only complaint!!! Good grief, they were in another state and spoofing by using my area code. OF COURSE they didn't get reports on the same number. The FCC needs to start doing their job. I'm on the Do Not Call list and I shouldn't have to do it for every telemarketer in the world!
