Automated voice "Diane Parker"  calling about better car insurance rates.  When I said no thank you the voice said, "This is not a sales call"

I keep getting calls from these guys, but no one leaves a voice message. I don't answer the calls, and I have never called them back. They are calling a super old cell phone number, and I can't block the calls.

Just got a call from this number on my cell phone.  It was a live person who said his name is Kevin.   I asked Kevin who?  Said he wanted to talk to me about our unsecured debt.  Told him this was a cell phone on the Do Not Call List.  He said okay and goodbye.  Mainly answered because we know several people from this area code.

Got a call from this number this afternoon. Hope they enjoyed listening to my FAX machine!  ;-)
