I have been recieving calls from this number claiming that they are a law firm looking for someone i don't know. Everytime i called the number back i never speak to the same person and i believe this to be a scam. The messeages that he leaves, although not intended for me are somewhat menicing. I called to speak to a superviser to have my name and number removed from they list and they hung up on me.

i had them call me also stating they are a Law firm, stating I owe money if you ever did any business on Internet your personal infomation they have from your transaction. they may state your last digits of your social but they are fraudulent, also they will threaten you with threating to press charges on you, dont be afraid call your local police department dont disclose your personal info at all. including banking info.
I receved a phone call from James Freeman this morning stating that I was being sued by Check into Cash. I had applied for a loan at some point, but was denied. He stated that the money went into my account and I did not answer the 13 e-mails that they sent trying to collect the money back by suing me. He repeated my account number to me and the last 4 digits of my ssn. He went on to say that when they tried to extract the funds, there was no money there. I was being sued on 3 counts that I couldn't even understand because he was foreign. He said that I was due in court on Tuesday, this was Saturday, and I better get a lawyer because he had all the proof that he needed to convict me. I told him that I should get the subpeona before the day I had to go to court, but he said my lawyer would receive it, and I would get it when they came to pick me up and take me to the court house on Tuesday. I kept insisting that he didn't know what he was talking about, and he kept going on and on, so I hung up. He called back and left a very nasty voicemail stating that I better have the money for bail on Tuesday and that I was going to have a very bad day on Tuesday if I didn't have the money. He ended the phone call with God bless. Believe me, I know God and I'm going to get the blessings, but he will pay for the scam he is pulling on everyone.
I received a call on Friday late afternoon from the same place the man's name was Brandon Jackson he left me a threatening voice mail that said I better return the call today and that I better get a lawyer and not to disregard the message because if I did then all he had to say was good luck dealing with the consequences. I called back and told him if he ever leaves a message like that on my phone again I will call the police on him and he said go ahead we are affiliated with the police. He told me that I had 3 counts of fraud charges being brought against me by a company named US Cash and that he had proof the money was deposited into my bank account on March 4, 2010 ( I have proof that it wasn't, it is called a bank statement). He said that I did not pay when they tried to withdraw the money it got rejected and now the company is suing me and he said I will go to jail, etc. He had all my information even my friends name and he said because of you, your friend is in trouble. I had no idea it was a scam until I looked up US Cash on the internet and there is a huge fraud alert warning on their website talking about these indians pulling this scam. They are indian but they all have american names, yeah right!!! US Cash does not do business with anyone in my state. I had never heard of US Cash let alone borrow money from them. I reported it to my local police department as well as the FTC, the FBI and the attorney general in California and in my home state. They have nothing better to do then commit fraud. I hope they find them and bring them to justice.
