Shawn Mark claims he was from a lawyer office and the cops is coming to lock you up for taking out a loan over the internet

They called my phone and said my social would be blacklisted my drivers license will be suspended and I will go to jail can u sue them for this?

I also recieved a call from this number. They have my SS # and my daughters name, my place of employment and my personal email address. They said I took a loan and didn't pay and that my daughter and I were going to jail. Where is this place getting all of my personal information? Is there a way to stop this insanity?
