Called my home and said that there are criminal lawsuits filed against my ss#. He said once the lawsuit is downloaded in the courtyard and I am found guilty I will be behind bars for 6-7 months, my drivers license canceled and my ss# will be blacklisted from my state. It is ILLEGAL for them to threaten anybody with jail, blacklisting, etc. When my attorney called them they didn't believe she was my attorney and hung up on her, they are constantly leaving me messages, but won't speak to my attorney even though they are asking for my attorney. They just want to scare you into paying whatever it is you owe and they are doing all of this illegally!
I've also had this number call me, saying he was officer logan wolf....with an arab accent. this is the 3rd time they have called me, decided to prank them...called them, muted my side of the phone, and put on speakerphone..did this over and over again. they got tired of the calling, so now when i call to prank, it tells me the number has been disconnected or has been dialed in error. they haven't called since.
They are scamming like crazy and don't believe a word they say.
the call is from california, and they say they are gonna come to your home or work in a different state where they have NO jurisdiction and arrest you........BULLSH*T..............try doing what i did and see if they call again

They call me using a different name and different number, very thick accent, saying there has been lawsuits of three counts against my social security and i need to send them $600 . First they said my bank was suing me so I told them i would contact my bank and they said NO NO NO do not do that just send us your credit card number, etc. to a certain fax.... YEAH that sounds legit...... so I did contact the bank and they had no idea about anything and said all of my student loan payments were up-to-date and current.
More recently a call with another thick accent said he was an officer from a local sherriff department and I needed to contact a Mr. Robinson regarding a legal matter against my ss# or they would serve me at work........ all is BS and i am sick of it!
