Any call with "Unavailable", "Customer <anything>","Consumer <anything>" etc. is 99.9% likely to be a scumbag - DO NOT Pick-UP and engage the turds - it only confirms the number has possible suckers on the end and it gets circulated as part of the universal scammers phone list...
Need a class action suite suing the telecoms for failure to police their stinking networks and thereby being part of the fraud that is being attempted and too often succeeding on their customers. If the telecoms were not already buying the politicos that block the laws that would make this a reality you'd see the telecoms develop solutions to stop this sort of crap in a heartbeat...
