Robo call for "energy improvements." Caller ID says "UNKNOWN NAME."

This call is from the infamous Michael Phong Nguyen, who operates an HVAC business, Their current BBB rating is F, and their CSLB license has been revoked. They are, needless to say, not accredited by the BBB.

Recieved call from this number this morning. After reading the posts here I blocked the number and will report to FTC. We are on do not call list. I appreciate the posters info here. Thanks!
