Called my cell and immediately said I was being recorded with or without my consent. I told them they did not have my consent and asked for who was calling so I could report them to the Attorney General. They hung up on me.
This number has called a few times. I finally picked up, they said they were from some sort of educational thing. I speak a 2nd language so when I answered, I purposely did not speak English. They kept spouting off about the school and finally said they could not understand me and will have someone who speaks my language call me back followed by a hang up.

When I pick up the phone and the first thing out of the caller's mouth is "this is a recorded line," my immediate response is "I do not have my own recording equipment with me today, so I must decline to speak with you. Have a nice day."
Got a call from them. It was some guy that wanted to speak to the owner of my company about my "Safety Program" Whatever! I said I am just the scheduler and that if they wanted to schedule a service I would be happy to help him. The wind was taking out of the guy's sails. He hung up.
This company is CPC Central Portfolio Control. A debt collector. T hey use a 707 754 2701, 424 201 3042, 213 221 1503, 530 554 9062 numbers. These people are the scum of the earth.. I have log on how my times they call.
