Called for someone in our Marketing department regarding application deployment. He said his company name but it was difficult to understand him. He hung up after being put on hold.
Heavy accent, lots of background noises asking to speak w/various people which can not be transferred. Hangs up right away. Will keep calling looking to get to someone but nope, not going to happen.
5 calls today asking for our office manager. I finally asked if it was a business call and he would have to leave the message with me. He declined. Had a difficult time understanding him from the background noise and his thick accent. That number will no longer be answered.
Heavy accents galore. Female caller trying to say "Force Forge" in a heavy accent is pretty much a nightmare. Yeah, she got mad at me for not understanding because her English sucks donkey balls. Not even sure Force Forge is a legitimate company since they only seem to have a Facebook page.
