Getting same calls with same name as all the others & the same response. He did tell me that my name & ssn are tied up in a law suite because i had taken out a loan & then took a loan on that one & did not pay it back they keep changing their number & also their name how do we get it stopped other than to change our number
i got also a message ... butt when i just get the information then i also found that its a scam butt after 2 days ... i got court supina for the same ... and i am in jail for 6 months ... please note its not scam
A couple of weeks ago I received a call from these same people telling me that they were a law firm and that they were going to press charges against me for a loan I took out with Cash Advance USA. Never heard of the company nor have I taken out any loan with them. Was advised by a Pay Day Loan relief company (I figured I'd see what they had to say about it since this guy was telling me it was about a Pay Day loan) that this call is INDEED A SCAM! They cannot arrest you, they cannot "subpina" (what a joke) you or anything else. They try to use all sorts of legal jargin to get you to pay them money.....DON'T! I asked what firm they were calling from and they would not give the name or any other info but supposedly had all my info. I advised them that if they call me again (they call my cell phone and MY JOB) I WILL FIND THEM AND SEEK LEGAL ACTION OF MY OWN AGAINST THEM! He tried to over talk me and I hung up. Let's see if they call back.....DOUBT IT! Hope this info helps!
