called my husband cell and then called mine. blocked their number  telemarketer...!!!!  comes up as Live Oak

called me, was expecting a call not in my contacts so I answered it, someone/recording (?) started speaking Spanish...I hung up and will block

I got a call from this number in the evening. I let it go to voicemail and they did not leave a message. I called the number back from a different number and someone answered speaking Spanish. They said Buenas Tardes. I hung up.

I don't know why FCC cannot take away the number from these annoying commercial callers for a certain amount of complaints. Unless they get paid.
