Phishing Scam

caller confirmed my name and said hello three times and then hung up

Called recited a message with a heavy Indian accent, and then hung up.  I didn't understand anything he said as he was talking too fast.

Called twice and I tried to return call. Just gives off busy signal.

Movin from Dell Solutions called.  Then wanted to confirm some information about the company/job titles/emails.  After I said I couldn't confirm it and would take down his info instead he hung up.
