It took some digging and investigating to realize that this was a SCAM....
We have had many (e-mail) requests lately through our dealer network for multiple quantities of an item that usually sells one at a time. Each request seems to have the same discrepancies.... A) a College web address without ".edu" at the end of e-mail..... B) Sometimes a request to deliver equipment to another location other than ordering location.. C) Many mistakes/mispells on the typed copy. D) Mismatches of phone numbers on the order request with the facility site that was 'googled'. (close but not a match).
We all need to do our homework better.. on these 'questionable' "RUSH" orders.
