Has called every day for the past week.  Leaves no message.  Caller ID just says Redding, CA

Yep, Same thing, rings and you can hear people in the background and no one answers.

same thing here . can hear telemarketers talking to others . they are scammers ! do not answer their call just like I did. Instead look up their # and see remarks by those they have called to scam. What LOW LIFE they are.

Selig Construction located in Redding, Ca.  I am unlisted and on do-not-call list and have never done business with this company.  They are above the law?  Boycott them!
