Obviously a scam. Left a name and number but couldn't make out the name due to some sort of accent.

Sounded like he gave his name as Dennis Quaid, but the accent makes that seem unlikely. Garbled echo chamber but in sounded like it was a threat whereby I must call him to NOT intentionally be avoiding to be present before a magistrate (not a usual USA term) or a federal grand jury. Well, sounds to me like I need a lawyer. Could be scam to phish old people of whom I am one thereof.
Answered phone to a recording stating the police, magistrate,US Attorney General would be taking measures to arrest me for an IRS?? problem. Scam tried to call back as I have a message for them
