They started by leaving me a message stating that I had committed fraud using my own name, phone number, email address, ss#, bank account number, etc. Then they said that I took out a Cash advance loan online in 2011 and that I never paid it back. I asked for more information because I knew that this was all a scam. All the caller would give me is his name "Eric Brown" and that he was representing attorney's office "VCF" out of CA. He was rude and overbearing and would not listen when I said that I was going to call the law.

he has called me at work & home...I contact the phone company & they state that it isn't an attorney but some jerk with a foreign accent making these calls. I also call my local police & they have his # & called to only get a voice mail that is FULL... just like him....
