Pro-tip: any call that shows up as "Cellular Call" "Wireless Caller", or in this case "California Call" is a huge fat scam. Either don't answer, or pick up and hang up the phone immediately. I've found that the latter often tricks their robo-call system into thinking your number is disconnected or a bad number.
