I live in "California" and I certainly don't want to talk to anyone from the Socialist Republic of California. Either a scam, telemarketer or a collection call. They can call until they're blue in the face and they will still get my silent answering machine. I never engage or pay collection agencies or scams no matter how often or how many years they call. When they dial my number it's like communicating with a black hole. I am the rock their ship splinters upon in the night. If everyone did that, they'd all be out of business. But ya just can't herd cats...
Called 4 times in last 3 days. Just says California on called ID. I decided to pick up and just listen. After a long pause a female voice said "hello", then waited awhile longer and hung up. Hmmmm.
Have received 4 calls from this number in the past 2 days. This afternoon I was home when they called - it is Selig Construction in Chico trying to sell lifetime windows and walk in bathtubs. I have repeatedly told them not to call but it does no good. They continue calling trying to sell the same things.
