I don't know what this is, but, they call every day of the world. It's annoying. You rush to answer it, and there's nobody there. Sometimes it's twice a day when they call.

I have also tried calling this number back on my cell phone a few times. All I get is this music, and a guy that keeps saying, 'Please hold' or 'Your next'. Get the feeling it may never be answered? Going to check with the BBB. As far as I'm concerned it's harrassment.
