Who called from 5403289891

I received a call  from this number to my cell.  I did not answer and no message was left.  I am in St. Louis, MO.

Vehicle warranty scammers

This was a call about a automobile warranty expiring. I tried to talk to someone but they hung up on me immediately after I asked to be placed on the DNC list.

Received a call from 5403289891 for 11sec, tried to call back and an answering machine says "hello if you would like to be put on a do not call list from the number that just called you pls press 1 now."   What stupid joke is this?  At least if they would take responsibility and call themselves something not "the number that just called you."

Caller ID says came from Bedford, Va. No message left. Unwanted call!
