Who called from 5403289891

Answered the call and it was silent on the other end.....

Got a call from this # today around 10 a.m. EST.  I've had one or two calls from the same number, every time I don't answer, but they apparently let it go to voicemail so it does have a recorded message of "nothing" but air when I call back to check the voicemail message that isn't recording a message.  It's a scam, so don't pick up!

Received call from around 3:10pm-did not answer.

Did not pick up when called. Left a 1 sec duration voicemail that was just silence.

Spam call from "dealer processing department" about car warranty.  No ring straight to voicemail BS.  [***].
