I get called from this number on both my cell phone and home phone numerous times a day. No message is ever left, and no one spoke the only time I did pick up. If it was a genuine newspaper or other business, their name would show up in the caller ID, or they would show some class and at least leave a message, and not drive off potential customers with numerous unwanted calls. I would think this is probably someone trying to scam people into believing its a legitimate newspaper or other business and try to get you to give personal information or payment information. I would beware of this caller and not answer it.
Repeatedly calls, over and over. Is local newspaper subscription. Roanoke Times. I have told them repeatedly not to call my number. Each time increases the number of times they call. Was once or twice a week. Is now three times a day or more. Absolutely refuses to quit calling.
