Calls all the time and just breathes in the phone starting at 8:45 AM

I just got a call from this number this morning. I didn't answer and they did not leave a message. I called back and got a recording saying that it was a fund raiser group. I wouldn't trust trust them.

Received a call from this number today and the Caller ID said "Local Call Area."  The person who called (a male) said he was calling for the Fraternal Order of Police and gave me the same solicitation story that has been reported for an 800 number:  800-358-8423.  Apparently, that number was used for years, and now the calling fund raisers changed their number.  I smell a SCAM, too!

Received a call from this number today and the Caller ID said  "Winchester VA".  Did not pick-up.

its a scam, i played along until they asked for a credit number, yeah right
