Same as all the rest of you. Called my cell at 1:07 today. Didn't pick up didn't leave a message. This is a short thread just in the last few hours this one popped up, so must be a 'new number'.
Received call from 540 433 3271 offered to lower my interest rate on my mastercard. When I asked them to verify the last 4 numbers of the card they could not verify but wanted personal information. When I wouldn't go on with the conversation caller said " So Enjoy Your High Interest Rates"
Called with a message saying they were "Card Services", offering a lower rate. Press "1" to talk to someone. Pressed "1" and the woman answered, "Card Services." I said, "Card Services with whom?" She hung up.
