If you see the number 540-602-5700 on your caller ID do not answer it.  This number has been reported on the internet to be a scam.  People are calling and do have a thick indian accent.  The call is from a  land line in Roanoke, VA.  trying to scam innocent hard working people like you into giving out information about your name and address.   It is only a matter of time before the feds catch people like this.    No, do not answer the phone!   Caution!  Any number you are not sure of,  do not answer it.  Please beware until these people are brought to justice.
