male caller with foreign accent calls asking for people who are not here

Female caller at 9:09am asked my husband if he was on Medicare..if he had back trouble and then if he had trouble maintaining an erection.  He finally hung up!

Asking if anyone in my family has arthritis or  diabetes.  Could hardly understand her and there was lots of background conversation.

picked up the phone and a recording said ''please wait while i connect you to the next available agent'' and repeated that several times , then went quiet and I hung up.
don't know why these people keep calling , last week my caller id had my name and number , so they can spoof anything they want to and i tell them go to hades you low life mo foes.
