Guy called to answer an ad about my wife's guitar (for $1000). Keeps saying he'll send a check, but wants our "full name and address". sounds almost like it could be identity theft related.
Didn't mention that he's not interested in seeing the guitar ahead of time - just wants us to hurry up and give him the info so he can "send the check". My wife then mentioned that the guitar has a blemish. He didn't care - just wanted "full name and address".
Scammer from Craigslist. I just turned one into the Feds. This will make number two. I am selling a set of tires and rims when I was contacted by this number.
