I have read all of the above comments and am quite surprised by all of the false statments made toward The Law Office of John P. Frye. Funny thing is, the tactics mentioned above are all untrue. They dont curse you, belittle you or even threaten you. They simply tell you why they are calling, the status of your account and the fact that you "could be facing potential suite" if your debt goes unresolved. I understand that getting behind in your bills can be frustrating and stressful but there is no sense in fabricating stories as a way to displace blame about the situation. Please think about those things before you decide to voice your opinions. Thanks.
For last two weeks been getting nonstop phone calls from this number. Then a week of no calls, but then they started again. "Law Office JP" Traced this number back to an attorney in Virginia by the name of John P. Frye who works for a collection agency, Collect America. No messages, no answer. Nothing.

Started receiving calls on my cell phone from this number asking for Debbie someone. Caller stated that someone is giving out my cell phone number but wouldn't tell me who was calling.
