I have read all of the above comments and am quite surprised by all of the false statments made toward The Law Office of John P. Frye. Funny thing is, the tactics mentioned above are all untrue. They dont curse you, belittle you or even threaten you. They simply tell you why they are calling, the status of your account and the fact that you "could be facing potential suite" if your debt goes unresolved. I understand that getting behind in your bills can be frustrating and stressful but there is no sense in fabricating stories as a way to displace blame about the situation. Please think about those things before you decide to voice your opinions. Thanks.
they called me ... i picked up ... a guy asked for someone .... so i was like i dont no who that is... hes like ... have you had this number forever .. im like yes ... hes like o thank you for your time
Greetings All, I got the same strange call today from this Law Office JP. I was not at home, and they left no message. However, when any kind of legal beagle tries to get in touch with me, it gets my attention. If it is a collection agency then they have no business calling me because I'm debt free, thank God. I believe it must be some sort of scam. If it continues, I'll just go ahead and block it. If anyone else has anything else on these people, I'd sure like to hear about it. Thanks for creating this forum. Big Thanks!
Never EVER cooperate with the pond scum from Law Office of John P. Frye. They are rude and threatening and, in a word, dishonest. My wife gave them consent to withdraw $152 from our checking account and was forced to block them from my account as they continue to withdraw without consent.
I have a family member who is currently facing litigation with a Wolpoff and Abramson, LLP located in Virginia. The phone line is mine and he rents a room here. So, they use my number to call him upwards of 20 times a day.
