Indian Scam operators hire the lowest of the low & those kinds of Indians are found cheaper in places like the Gujarat state. Ahmedabad is the "Buffalo, NY" of India. If you'd like to get a rise out the next Indian Scammer that calls, tell him that he's a "Gujarati apradhi". There's a high probability that he is & there's a higher probability that he's going to be surprised that you know it.
