Answered in error-- person indicated "due to your excellent driving record", blah blah blah-- I mentioned that she probably wouldn't have a clue about anyone's driving record, and wasn't interested in any "insurance" scam she was trying to sell. While she repeated the name of the company she was calling from, she must have stuck something in her mouth, as that part was unintelligible.
When I answered the phone I said my name and can I help you, caller proceeds to say you can't help me and I said excuse me he tells me he had a recent bad break up I said I'm sorry he begins to cry and says he loved her so much. I told him to turn around in the call center and have someone give him a hug why call a complete stranger and inform them of this information
