Caller said he was from Microsoft and wanted to know if he could access my computer to fix a glitch in windows. I told him we do not have a computer, so he hung up.
Caller ID just showed the number, no name. Male on the other claimed to be Microsoft and stated that their was a problem with my version of Windows. I asked him which version I had and he hung up.
This call came to my dad's number and he only has an android tablet. Obviously, a phishing scam.
This gentleman called me claiming to be from Microsoft and that I had an issue with my computer, I told him I didn't have a Microsoft computer then he proceeded to ask me if anybody else in my household in and what type. Feeling uneasy about that question I told him it was none of his business. Before I could ask another question and he hung up.
